Old Business

1. Lyric Kinard class: unanimous decision for each participant to pay $20 plus the $35 kit fee to LAQ, the balance will be paid by LAQ. Decisions going forward will be based on feedback after the September class.

2. Book group suggestion: Making Your Mark, Creating Cloth for Imagery by Claire Benn and Leslie Morgan, www.gallicreative.com Looking for other suggestions or options.

3. Longer range planning: Demo or program every other month?

May: Judy with Thermofax illustrated talk (review on the LAQ blog before meeting)

June: Show & Tell projects using hand dyes, bag challenge due

July: Photography

August: Dye Days 20-21 with Set-up on 19th

September: Lyric Kinard Zoom Class

October: Dolly

November: 2022 Planning

New Business

1. Challenge: small (5”x7”) pieces, complementary colors based on Lyric Kinard’s article in Quilting Arts Spring 2021 issue, bags from Deb Donnell’s stash will be available on Michaella’s porch. Due at the June meeting.

2. Mary C. will send reminder email for those interested in forming small accountability groups.

3. Send dues ($20) to Brett
